Introduction

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the HANSORA AI website and services (collectively, the “Platform”), currently available at hansora.co. By using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Account Creation and Management

• Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your credentials confidential.
• You must be 18+ or have verifiable consent from a parent/guardian.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, involve fraud, or compromise the Platform.

User‑Generated Content

Users may submit prompts, text, images, videos, and other materials (“User Content”). You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate any law or third‑party rights.

By submitting User Content, you grant HANSORA AI a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt such content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, and promote the Platform.

Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

• The Platform may offer credits or paid plans to run generations. Pricing and inclusions are shown at checkout.
• Recurring subscriptions (if any) will be clearly disclosed. You’re responsible for managing renewals and cancellations before the next billing cycle.
• Unless required by law, purchases are non‑refundable. If a transaction was made in error, contact hansora.ai.bot@gmail.com within 24 hours.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, infringing, or violates platform and model‑provider policies.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse rate limits, or disrupt Platform operations.

Intellectual Property

All Platform software, trademarks, logos, and other IP are the property of HANSORA AI or its licensors. Except for your User Content, no rights are granted except as necessary to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

AI Output and Disclaimers

AI‑generated outputs may be inaccurate, unpredictable, or unsuitable for certain purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for your use of them, including compliance with applicable laws and third‑party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HANSORA AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform. In no event will HANSORA AI’s total liability exceed the amounts you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms operate globally under Armenian jurisdiction. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Armenia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
