Refund Policy
Refunds for Hansora AI purchases are handled by our official payment processor, acting as the Merchant of Record.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or wish to request a refund for unused credits, please contact their support through the receipt link you received after purchase, or reach us at support@yourdomain.com so we can coordinate your request.
Once a request is verified, refunds are issued by the payment processor to the original payment method in accordance with their refund policy.
Digital services already delivered or credits already used are not refundable.
